We integrate the basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents, fully implement the major illness insurance for urban and rural residents, and establish a national medical security bureau.

We have taken steps to merge the basic medical insurance schemes for rural and non-working urban residents, fully implemented the critical disease insurance system for them, and established the National Healthcare Security Administration.

We promote the participation plan for the whole people, reduce social insurance rates, and transfer some state -owned capital to enrich the social security fund.

We have worked to expand social security coverage in an effort to ensure access for all, reduced social insurance premiums, and transferred a portion of state capital into social security funds.
