On June 6, 2020, the Cangnan County Government approved the initiative to start the pre -renewal. On July 4 of the same year, the Cangnan Court, the county government, the main creditors, and the debtor representatives jointly formed the review team to choose the Beijing Dacheng (Ningbo) Law Firm as a pre -reorganized manager. In September 2020, Lin Yan began recruiting pre -re -investors.

"The core problem in the pre -reorganization is to solve the money and people of the renewal project." The manager said that under the leadership of the county government and the county party committee's political and legal committee, the Cangnan Court Cooperation County Housing and Construction Bureau and other relevant departments will discuss and judge With reference to the relevant provisions of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law, the pre -reorganization plan of "Jun Yibi Debt+Development and Sales" was formulated, and the project was repeatedly promoted to renew the project.

In order to eliminate the worries of investors, the Cangnan Court referred to the spirit of the enterprise bankruptcy law and confirmed to the manager to confirm the necessary conditions for the renewal of the renewal of the renewal of the investment funds and the construction of the agency. Priority is given in subsequent bankruptcy procedures. As a result, investors' concerns were eliminated, the obstacles to capital attraction were cleared, and 300 million yuan was promoted to solve the problem of funding for renewal of the construction.

On December 10, 2020, the first creditors conference passed the renewal of loans and resumptions. The Cangnan Court confirmed the voting result according to law. A few days later, the investor paid a total of 200 million yuan in total bond funds.

In March 2021, the project was officially resumed. One year later, the project was completed.
