In November 1931, the Interim Central Government of the Chinese Soviet Republic was born in Ruijin, Jiangxi. At the same time, the Central Revolutionary Military Commission (referred to as the Chinese Revolutionary Military Commission) also announced its establishment. In order to strengthen the unified command of local troops and mass forces in various revolutionary bases, the China Revolution Military Commission has decided to establish a military region -level institution in the Red Army since 1932. On January 9, 1932, the Chinese Revolutionary Military Commission issued a training order to cancel the Jiangxi Provincial Soviet Government Military Department and establish the Jiangxi Military Region General Headquarters. On February 1, the Central Revolutionary Military Commission issued an order to reiterate the establishment of the Jiangxi Military Region. Chen Yi was the general commander and political member of the Military Region. He was responsible for directing the red armed divisions of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and all parts of Jiangxi. The Jiangxi Military Region was the first military region in the history of the people's military. Later military region systems began here. After that, the Central Revolutionary Military Commission also established a dozen provincial -level military regions such as Fujian, Hunan, Hubei, Hubei, Hubei, Hubei, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Jiangxi. The Jiangxi Military Region is a large military region with more than ten counties under its jurisdiction, accounting for most of the Central Soviet Area, and Red Capital Ruijin is in its territory.

In July 1932, the Jiangxi Military Region cooperated with the main Red Army to win the battle of Nanxiong and Shuikou, cracking down on the flames of entering the Guangdong and Guangdong Army, and basically stabilized the south wing of the Central Soviet Area. In August, the Jiangxi Military Region assisted the Red Army in the battle of Le'an and Yihuang to win 3 brigades and more than 5,000 people to capture the enemy. From February to March 1933, the Jiangxi Military Region assisted the Red Army, and achieved a major victory of more than 10,000 enemies in the battle of Huangpi and Caotaigang, which basically broke the fourth of the enemy's fourth. In the expansion of the Red Movement, the "Red May" in more than ten counties under the Jiangxi Military Region exceeded 25,000 people in 1933. Xingguo County is the first. The 5,500 people's modeling divisions collectively joined the Red Army and compiled the 6th Division of the Red 3 Army. This is the only troops in the Central Soviet Union to armed from the local army to the Red Army's main division. After the defeat of the anti -"encirclement", the central government decided that the independence of the Jiangxi Military Region's 1, 2, 3, and 4 regiments and other Red Army forces with 16,000 people stayed in the Central Soviet Area and replaced the main Red Army to block the Kuomintang army's offense. In December 1934, the left -behind team of the Jiangxi Military Region was surrounded by the 14th Division of the Kuomintang's 14th Division of Jinzhu Village, Luokou Town, Ningdu County. In January 1935, the troops broke out to Shubai Village, Xiaobu Township, Ningdu County.

The Jiangxi Military Region has created a large number of outstanding morals and talents who have both ethics and work. It not only became the backbone of the leadership of the War of Resistance Against Japan and the Liberation War, but also became the backbone of the socialist construction of New China. Taking members of the military region's leadership as an example, Chen Yi (and Political Commissar), Tsai Huiwen, and Li Gifan who served as the general commander were Li Fuchun, Peng Xuefeng, and Zeng Shan who served as the political commissar.
