Hubei marriage and family dispute mediation realizes the full coverage of provinces, cities and counties

On July 26, the 32nd meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress of Hubei Province was held in Wuhan. During the meeting, the Hubei Provincial Government reported to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress a report on the implementation of the "Regulations on the Anti -Family Violence of Hubei Province" (hereinafter referred to as the report). Up to now, the mediation of the people's dispute between marriage and family disputes has achieved full coverage of provincial, cities, and counties.

On March 29, 2019, the Eighth Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Hubei Province reviewed and approved the "Regulations on the Anti -Family Violence of Hubei Province" and implemented it on June 1, 2019. In terms of timely resolving family contradictions and disputes in a timely manner, Hubei launched a major investigation of family contradictions and disputes. Relying on community police, the community police have in -depth arranging the conflict between marriage and family in the jurisdiction and diversified resolution.

Carry out the "Special Action for the Investigation of Hidden Hidden Disputes in Marriage and Family Disputes", and focus on investigating hidden dangers of contradictions such as domestic violence. Since 2021, it has resolved 1,315 contradictions and disputes. Vigorously promote the construction project of the People's Mediation Committee of Marriage and Family Disputes, and guide localities to create a team of people with a part -time personnel through the government's "support for money" and "establishing public welfare positions" and other methods. At present, there are 123 "family regulations", 521 mediation rooms, 521 mediation rooms, and 456 specialty mediation officers in Hubei. People mediation work of marriage and family disputes has been fully covered with provincial, city, and county levels.

The report shows that in 2021, 61,320 people's mediation organizations at all levels in the province were transferred to the marriage and family conflicts, which effectively maintained the harmony and stability of society. Vigorously promote the construction of marriage and family civilization, establish a pilot of marriage and family counseling at 92 marriage registration offices in the province, organize the audio and video solicitation activities of family style stories for three consecutive years, carry out exhibitions of outstanding deeds of civilized families nationwide, and vigorously promote the construction of family teaching and family style. The correct concept of marriage and love, the cultivation of the family view, and the cultivation of the good family style will reduce the occurrence of family contradictions and disputes.
