On the evening of July 27, 2022, the A -share company Beiqing Huanneng (000803.SZ) announced that the company's subsidiary Tianjin Fang Biqi acquired 100%equity of Tianjin Bihai Environmental Technology Consulting Service Co., Ltd. The subsidiary Tianjin Defeng corresponding to the kitchen waste collection and transportation treatment project. The equity price of the target is 360 million yuan.

On January 20, 2009, Tianjin Bizi Bid Bid Tianjin Lomitic Trash Treatment Center project. The concession annual limit has been 25 years since 2009. The franchise scope is six districts and four districts of Tianjin City, and the project processing scale is 300 tons/day.

Later, Tianjin Defeng and Tianjin Binhai New District City Management Committee signed a franchise agreement. The concession period is 30 years (including the 1 -year construction period), and the franchise scope is north of Haihe River in Binhai New District.
