Zhang Jianhua, director of the National Energy Administration, introduced that after the Russian and Ukraine conflict, some countries initiated a comprehensive and multi -frequency sanctions on Russia, which caused a huge impact on the entire energy market. Energy supply and demand was unbalanced, energy prices soared, and operating high. Facing the complex and changing international situation and the arduous and heavy tasks of domestic reform and development, we are guided by the "four revolutions and one cooperation" energy security strategy as a guide to fully protect the energy security under the conditions of open conditions. In the domestic side, we have thoroughly implemented the "six guarantee" tasks, realized the overall safety and stability of domestic energy supply, and effectively supported the needs of high -quality economic and social development and the needs of people's livelihood.

In terms of oil and gas that everyone pays attention to, since the construction of the natural gas production supply storage and marketing system in 2018, with the joint efforts of all parties, the scale of gas storage in my country has increased rapidly, and it has doubled for more than three years. At present, the progress of our underground storage gas storage library is well implemented. Before the heating season, we can ensure that it should be stored and operated by the full storage. At the same time, we focused on the development of medium and long term, studied and formulated the implementation plan for the construction of gas storage capacity in the country. Based on the Dabu Station, the layout of major gas storage projects was systematically planned. It is expected that to the end of the "14th Five -Year Plan" Based on 2021, it turned over again, and the level of natural gas coordinated and stable development and the level of secure and stable supply to a new level.

In the next step, we will continue to be based on domestic, diversified guarantees, strengthen reserves, improve the production supply storage and marketing system, enhance the capacity of continuous and stable supply and risk management and control, and realize the safety of coal supply, the core demand of oil and gas relying on self -protection, and stable power supply.

In terms of international cooperation, we continue to work to strengthen the coordination with relevant energy production countries, consumer countries, and related parties through communication, dialogue and cooperation, and strive to ensure the safety and stability of the four major oil and gas import channels in the northeast, northwest, southwest, and sea at sea. Run and work together to maintain the security and stability of the global energy market. In the first six months of this year, my country imported 250 million tons of crude oil, 74.4 billion cubic meters of natural gas, 115 million tons of coal, and 2.96 billion kilowatt -hours of electricity, which played a positive role in ensuring domestic energy supply.
