The proportion of clean energy consumption increased from 16.9%to 25.5%, accounting for more than 60%of the increase in energy consumption. The national ultra -low -emission coal electrical unit exceeds 1 billion kilowatts. The cleaning and heating rate in the northern region reached 73.6%, replacing more than 150 million tons of loose coal. Comprehensive supply of gasoline and diesel for the country's sixth standard vehicle, the largest charging and replacement network in the world, and a total of 3.918 million charging facilities. The implementation of electricity construction projects in powerless areas has taken the lead in realizing electrical use in developing countries. 26.36 million kilowatts of light poverty alleviation projects were completed, benefiting 60,000 poor villages and 4.15 million poor households. Since the continuous optimization of the business environment of the electricity business, and comprehensively promoting the use of "30" and "three provinces" services for the use of telegrams, a total of more than 150 billion yuan in electricity investment in users. In the World Bank's global business environment evaluation, my country's "obtaining power" indicators rose significantly to 12th, ranking among the "best practice in the world".
