"As of now, the youth work mechanism in our district has basically formed, the development of youth development policy systems has been continuously improved, the county's pilot work has been promoted in depth, the statistical monitoring index system has been initially established, and the planning implementation has achieved significant results." In August 2021, one county and districts in the seven cities were listed as the first batch of autonomous regional pilots.
