As a young man who has just returned from the army, Yang Xiaocheng is facing problems such as lack of technology and lack of funds. In the lack of technology, he asked farmers and town farmers with the practice of paddy field breeding, asked local experts and alma mater teachers, and learned the technology of rice fields in Panjin, Liaoning, and learned the rice field shrimp technology in Qianjiang, Hubei. For the lack of funds, he will invest a total of 1.6 million yuan of funds and troops who buy a house in Yancheng to invest in the farm. In 2016, Yang Xiaocheng started a business in 210 acres of land in Sanyuan Village. After several years of hard work, Yang Xiaocheng achieved initial success. He proposed the rice and shrimp wheels as japonica rice mode, with 550 kg of japonica rice per mu, 150 kg of lobster, and 4,700 yuan per mu.

Yang Xiaocheng was not satisfied. He said that from the perspective of farmers' praise and expectations, he felt his responsibility. One person was not rich, and everyone was rich. At the end of 2016, under his drive, 8 farmers around the surrounding houses also joined the ranks of the combination of rice and shrimp breeding to jointly create a three -acre rice and shrimp breeding demonstration base. In August 2018, he led the establishment of the Dafeng District Chiefs and Repair Professional Cooperatives. The new crayfish sorting center was 1200 square meters and 100 tons of refrigerated freezing library to help farmers store and sell deep processing products of crayfish. Through the way of unified breeding varieties, unified breeding technology, and unified brand sales, leaders and surrounding people will develop rice and shrimp rotation.
