In the statement, Russia said that because German Siemens could not provide timely maintenance of the compressor parts they produced, the "Beixi-1" natural gas pipeline "Poltova" gas compressor will stop operation.

Russia announced on the 14th that because the German Siemens Company did not timely delivery to the Russian gas compression unit, Russia was forced to reduce the gas pipeline of the "Beixi-1" natural gas pipeline. 100 million cubic meters dropped to 100 million cubic meters.
