July 28, 2022 is the 12th World Hepatitis Day. This year's theme is "Prevention and treatment of hepatitis and health."
01
What is viral hepatitis?
Viral hepatitis is a common infectious disease caused by a variety of hepatitis viruses. It has the characteristics of strong infectious infectious, complicated transmission pathway, extensive epidemic surface, and high incidence.
The main manifestations of fatigue, loss of appetite, large hepatochrus, and abnormal liver function are the main manifestations. Some jaundice occurs, asymptomatic infections.
Hepatitis A and Hepatitis A are mostly acute onset, and the prognosis is good;
Hepatitis B and hepatitis C are prone to chronic, which is more harmful;
Ding hepativirus can only be infected only at the same time as hepatitis B virus or hepatitis B virus infection.
02
Active detection
Hepatitis did not have obvious symptoms or signs in early clinic, and there was no obvious abnormality in testing liver function. However, in fact, some changes in the liver have occurred. Only by active testing can hepatitis be found in time.
03
Actively prevent
1. Vaccination is the most economical and effective measure to prevent viral hepatitis.
The hepatitis B vaccine needs to be vaccinated by 3 stitches throughout the process, and in accordance with the procedures of 0, 1 and 6 months, that is, after vaccination, the second and third stitches are injected in 1 month and 6 months.
The third-to February of the adult can detect serotype-HBS from January to February. If there is no response (that is, no antibodies), the dose can be increased again.
If hepatitis B logo is monitored, hepatuma <10 miu/ml is found, and 1 stitching hepatitis B vaccine can be vaccinated again.
2. Prevent "disease from the mouth" to prevent hepatitis A and pental liver. Pay attention to diet hygiene, do not drink raw water, cook the food and cook, and wash your hands before meals.
3. Cut off the transmission pathway to prevent hepatitis B, C and Hepatitis B.
① Avoid unnecessary blood transfusion and use blood products;
② Avoid using incomplete tool tattoos, eyebrows, pierced ears, etc.;
③ Avoid toothbrushes, shaving knives with others, etc.;
④ Keep a single partner and use the condom correctly;
⑤ Reject drugs and do not have intravenous injection of drugs.
04
Standard treatment
① Select regular medical institutions.
② Specify antiviral treatment.
③ Regular testing.
④ Inoculation of hepatitis B vaccine.
05
Opposition to hepatitis discrimination
Viral hepatitis is not terrible. Its transmission pathway is very limited. As long as we fully understand the scientific knowledge of hepatitis prevention and correctly prevent and treat hepatitis, it is preventable, controllable, and cure.
