A few days ago, Xiaojia learned from Jiangqiao City Investment Company that the Wujia Hall resettlement house project in Laoxianghuang Highway in Jiangqiao Town has passed the acceptance and entered the decoration stage. It is expected to be delivered in the second half of next year.

The total construction area of the Wujia Hall resettlement base project is 119596.39 square meters, consisting of 14 residential buildings, 2 underground garages, 9 auxiliary houses and other supporting projects.Residential buildings include 1 floor underground and 16 floors above ground, with a standard layer of 2.8 meters.After completion, 1081 resettlement houses will be provided for villagers in Taiping Village and Fire Village, Jiangqiao Town, with a house area of 60-120 square meters.

The project was launched in February 2020. The relevant person in charge of the construction unit stated that the main structure was successfully accepted, providing conditions for subsequent decoration and electromechanical installation, hoping to allow villagers to move into new homes as soon as possible.
