Since its selection of the National Urban and Rural Integration Development Pilot Zone in December 2019, Laixi City has insisted on the construction concept of the test area of ​​the first test and good achievement, and promoted the pilot zone through the establishment of weekly adjustment, monthly notification, seasonal summary, annual evaluation and other measures. Construction, various experimental tasks have been steadily carried out, and many reform measures have been substantially promoted. Nine test tasks have 5 typical experiences and practices in five aspects have been promoted by the national ministries and superior departments.

In May this year, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission organized relevant experts to go to the province's 49 countries and provincial urban -rural integration development pilot zones for on -site monitoring and evaluation. According to the "Monitoring and Evaluation Measures for the Integrated Development Pilot Zone of Shandong Province (Trial)" (Lu Fa Gaocheng City Index [2021] No. 1159), monitoring and evaluation experts take districts and counties as a unit, and 39 indicators and qualitative monitoring and evaluation of quantitative monitoring and evaluation 15 indicators are scored one by one. In the end, Laixi scored the first ranking in the province, marking the construction of the Laixi Urban and Rural Integration Development Pilot Zone at the forefront of the province.

In the next step, Laixi City will continue to compare the experimental tasks, boldly reform and innovate, learn from advanced regions, take advantage of each other, and solidly promote the implementation of various reform work, and make every effort to promote the construction of the pilot area to a new level.
