The online and offline charging standards can make corresponding floats according to the actual situation, but it must not exceed 10%of the ups and downs. The time time for offline training standards is 45 minutes, and online training standards are 30 minutes.

The training institution does not exceed three months at one time or does not exceed 60 lessons. When conducting training services, various types of training institutions should sign a training service contract with parents.

The off -campus training institutions should actively issue standard invoices to students' parents in strict accordance with national regulations. The content of the invoice should be provided in accordance with the actual training charges. In order to strengthen the supervision of pre -collection funds, all training institutions must open charging capital supervision accounts at the corresponding banks as required. Parents of students shall pay all the training fees into the supervision account, adopt bank hosting, one -guest one, and installment allocation, etc. to comprehensively supervise the training institutions' pre -charge funds, and comprehensively promote the use of pre -collection funds for national or local school training institutions to charge the supervision platform.
