At about 4 pm on July 17th, the captain of the Yangtze River Rescue Service Squadron of the Yangtze River Swimming Association of Yichang City Zhao Xu, Xun Zuofei, Wang Qingguo and other team members took the rescue paddle board to patrol the river from the water in Zhenjiang, the urban area. When the team members patrolled the waters near Yangcha Road, they found that 4 young people at the slope of the voyage pier played in the shallow water area. Zhao Xu and the team members have repeatedly persuaded that they are unwilling to go ashore. They know that the terrain of the auto crossing pier is relatively complicated for a long time, especially after the water increases, the unfamiliar people can easily fall into the deep water area. Combined with the facts of the water loss in the water in previous years, Zhao Xu and the team members decided to squat on the shore for a while, waiting for them to continue to patrol the river after they went ashore.

When Zhao Xu and his team members retreated from the river to the shade of the shore, they heard the sound of "life -saving". Zhao Xu followed the prestige, and saw one person falling into the deep water area, and he patted his hands desperately. He and his player Yun Zuofei immediately brought the rescue paddle board to the water. "Jiang Shui is very turbulent, and it is tens of meters away at once." When Zhao Xu approached the paddle board, the water dropper had no strength. He pulled the other party's clothes, and he rescued him on the paddle board with Saizo, and slowly scratched it on the shore.

The 120 medical staff who arrived in time conducted an inspection of the water dropper. Fortunately, the body of the water was not hindered.
