Environmental monitoring data is fraudulent, which refers to the violation of national laws and regulations, rules and regulations, and environmental monitoring technical standards, etc., tampering, forging or instructing the behavior of tampering, falsification of environmental monitoring data, etc., or other deliberate behaviors of monitoring data.

The "Measures" clearly states that the ecological environment departments and market supervision departments can carry out joint supervision and inspection based on the annual "double random and one open" random inspection plan, and they can also carry out special supervision and inspection according to management needs. The clues of the assigned, petition reports, and daily management should be carried out in a timely manner.

When conducting joint supervision and inspection, the joint inspection team should generally be established.
