The reporter learned that at the end of 2021, Shenzhen issued the "Implementation Plan for the Pilot Construction of Shenzhen near Zero Carbon Emissions Area", which officially launched the pilot construction of nearly zero -carbon emissions area. After the screening of materials review, expert review, publicity, etc., Shenzhen has determined that there are 28 pilot projects for the first batch of nearly zero -carbon emissions areas. Among them, there are 4 park categories, 3 community categories, 7 campus categories, 8 construction categories, and 6 enterprise categories.

In terms of nearly zero carbon emissions campus pilot, the main body of the application should be primary and secondary schools, vocational schools, and colleges and universities.

In terms of nearly zero -carbon emissions construction pilot, the application entity is a construction project developer, owner or operating management unit. Among them, the operating management unit shall provide a certificate of authorization for the owner as the owner. In terms of nearly zero carbon emissions enterprise pilots, the application entity is an enterprise and institution registered in Shenzhen and has an independent legal person qualification.

The relevant person in charge of the Shenzhen Ecological and Environment Bureau said that the Municipal Ecological and Environment Bureau will co -organize relevant experts to review the application pilot projects with relevant departments such as the Municipal Development and Reform Commission.
