Fuda Student Design His Works won the top international award

The reporter learned from Fuzhou University that the international top award of the German IF Design Rookie Award recently held the 2022 Awards Ceremony. Li Jinjie, Li Jinjie, and Su Jinhan's industrial design engineering basic curriculum work "Braille Noteprinter" (Blind Point Printer) of the industrial design of the Xiamen Institute of Arts and Crafts from Fuzhou University, and Lin Jinhan won the award from more than 6,400 entries in 41 countries around the world. Only 85 works around the world have won this honor.

The German IF Design Award was established in 1953. It is known as the "Oscar" in the design industry. The IF Design Rookie Award is held once a year, and the new forces are open for free to open registration for the global design field. It encourages young designers to focus on the current important social issues with pioneering thinking, and find the design direction to lead future products.

"This is a printer facing the blind man, which is expected to reduce the memory burden of blind people while facilitating the family's better care." Li Jinjie, the main creator student, said that the existing flake handwriting boards must be used to come out in a blind text. Efficiency is too low, and it is easy to get when writing. The printer of the blind text can be input through various methods such as tapping, text, voice, etc. After calculation, it is converted to a lame information, and finally the information output is printed by hitting the needle. The side of the brazen paper printing paper is sticky. After it is unveiled, it can be pasted directly at the location that needs to be prompt to make the blind memory burden.

The school's industrial design major also has two students' works selected for the top 300 of the IF design rookie award.

According to the relevant person in charge of the college, the students have won the international award from the college's curriculum. The foundation of the industrial design engineering is one of the compulsory courses for undergraduate students in the school's industrial design. The course includes the theme training programs such as product structure disassembly, toy design development, and functional product innovation design. Curriculum invites well -known enterprise leaders and technical experts to the school to participate in design guidance, and through the integration of production and education to promote students' thinking and innovation ability, technical application ability, and comprehensive development capabilities.
