Hunan opened the first international freight route to Africa

At 16:20 on July 26, under the supervision of Changsha Huanghua Airport, Changsha Customs, the first cargo aircraft flying from Changsha to Asia took off from Changsha Huanghua International Airport. The cargo machine loaded 92.48 tons of goods, mainly for clothing, mobile phone cases, shoes, backpacks, etc. This is the first international freight route from Hunan to Africa. It is planned to take 3 flights a week.

Asia Baba is the capital of Ethiopia, and an important aviation hub in the ONA headquarters and an important aviation hub in Africa. The opening of the Siyabibaba freight route in Changsha to Asia further enriched the Changsha Huanghua Airport's international route network, which set up a convenient air bridge for Hunan and Africa. In June 2019, Changsha Directly Flying Nairobi Passenger route was opened. It was the first direct flight Africa's regular route opened by Hunan.

This year, Changsha Airport has resumed and added international freight routes. So far, 6 international freight routes have been resumed and added to Osaka, Manila, Bangkok. In the second quarter, 353 ships in and out of Changsha Airport were 353, an increase of 58%from the previous quarter.

In order to support the route of the route smoothly, Changsha Huanghua Airport Customs understands the demand for airlines in advance, provides policy guidance and information, helps them quickly complete relevant filing and declaration work, formulate corresponding supervision plans, and make every effort to ensure efficient customs clearance of export goods. According to customs statistics, from January to June, the overall customs clearance time of the entrance and export of Changsha Airport port was 15.71 hours and 0.34 hours, respectively.
