The total length is 110 kilometers, of which the main line is 83 kilometers (38.7 kilometers of Shijiazhuang section, 21.4 kilometers of Xinji section, and 22.9 kilometers of Hengshui section), 27 kilometers of the connection line, the total investment of 9.942 billion yuan, the two -way six -lane design, the design speed of 120 kilometers per hour. There are 7 toll stations, 1 service area, and 2 parking areas.

As an important part of the traffic artery of the three provinces of Jin, Hebei and Lu, Shiheng Expressway, it makes up for the shortcomings of the sparse highway in the southeast area of ​​Shijiazhuang.
