What is this sand?

In modern engineering construction, the amount of mortar is second only to concrete. To put it simply, mortar is a building material for masonry, wiping, and ground projects. It has various functions such as flattening, adhesion, waterproof, and insulation.

In the past for a long time, the mortar was stirred at the construction site. Workers spread stone powder, sand, cement and other materials on the ground or container, and can be used after stirring with water.

Traditional production methods are extensive, low -cost, and easy to operate, and noise and dust are generated lightly, and the quality cannot be controlled because of strong randomness.

In the hopes of "green life" and the general trend of transformation and upgrading, pre -mixed mortar came into being.

The production, transportation, and use of pre -mixed mortar are in a closed state. The problem of dust and quality control is basically solved. It belongs to green energy -saving building materials.

In the "Green Building Action Plan" released by the Ministry of Housing and Construction in 2013, it proposed "vigorously developing pre -mixed mortar", which first promoted this building material to the national strategic level.

Since then, many provincial and ministerial documents have given enough status of mixing mortar. The newly revised "Hunan Provincial Bulk Cement Regulations" in 2016 will once again improve the pre -mixed mortar promotion system.

In recent years, Zhuzhou has also introduced the "Administrative Measures for Pre -mixing Mortar Mortar and Pre -Mixing Plane" and "Development Plan for the Development Plan for Pre -Mixing Mortar Industry (2018-2022)" in Zhuzhou City. Give a plan.

"From the perspective of reducing labor costs, environmental protection costs, and reliability, pre -mixed mortar is indeed better." Said Long Huanxia, ​​chairman of powerful new building materials.

According to the calculation of the Ministry of Residence, compared with the on -site mixing mortar, the average pre -mixing mortar per ton can save 43 kg of cement, 34 kg of lime, and 50 kg of sand, and use 85 kg of flour ash. From energy consumption calculation, 17.5 kg of coal can be saved, and carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by 115 kg.

In recent years, policies such as ecological environmental protection, prohibition of on -site stirring, and green building promotion have been released, and the supply and application of local pre -mixed mortar are gradually opening.

Data provided by the Bulk Cement Office of the Municipal Housing and Urban Construction Bureau show that in the past five years, the highest increase in mortar demand has reached 25%in the past five years, and market demand in 2020 exceeded 1 million tons.

"The transformation and upgrading of Zhuzhou's construction industry has stabilized. In this context, we should seize the period of policy opportunities and vigorously cultivate new types of counterparts." Qiu Jian said.

In the past two years, Zhuzhou has cultivated six pre -mixed mortar companies including powerful, Jinshun, and Sanqiao. The production supply of pre -mixed mortar throughout the year has exceeded 100,000 tons.

Two years ago, Yuan Chao returned to his hometown of Zhuzhou with several years of technology and experience in Dongguan, and founded Hunan Mold New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and has since become the "special forces" of Zhuzhou's pre -mixed mortar industry - Production and development of special mortar.

Special mortar is a specialized, segmented, and customized product. It provides different mortar according to the needs of different engineering design and construction. The tile glue and cement self -flowing mortar that you see everyday belongs to a special mortar.

"At least in the province, Zhuzhou's construction industry chain is relatively complete, with deep talents and technical accumulation, and developmental strength and foundation. We have prepared a 3 to 5 years of cultivation period. At present, everything is normal." Yuan Chao said.

"Quality is the golden stone"

It is not easy to start a business, as is the promotion of new products.

"At present, it is still in the market cultivation period. The current customer cluster is concentrated in state -owned enterprises and state -owned enterprises, because they have very strict requirements for quality." Long Huanxia said.

In this regard, Yuan Chao was deeply touched. He said that in coastal areas such as Guangdong and Zhejiang, pre -mixed mortar has been promoted for many years. "Whether central enterprises or private enterprises, it already has enough market awareness, and it also has a scale effect and cost effect." Yuan Chao said.

How can companies survive the market cultivation period?

During the visit, Qiu Jian repeatedly asked the quality. This view coincided with the persons in charge of the enterprises such as Long Huanxia and Yuan Chao.

"Quality monitoring, traceability, data feedback and other systems must be continuously improved to ensure that the product is as good as ever to win word of mouth and trust." Qiu Jian said.
