Yesterday, the Changsha Investigation Team of the National Bureau of Statistics released data: In the first half of the year, the per capita disposable income of Changsha residents was 30081 yuan, an increase of 5.4%year -on -year.

Among them, the per capita disposable income of residents in Changsha town was 34,116 yuan, an increase of 4.7%year -on -year; the per capita disposable income of rural residents was 19,213 yuan, a year -on -year increase of 5.8%.

Consumption price index runs smoothly

In the first half of the year, the consumer price index (CPI) of the Changsha residents was 101.4, an increase of 1.4%over the same period last year. The 28th place in 36 large and medium cities across the country.

Among them, traffic and communication prices rose 7.6%, clothing prices rose 2.0%, living prices rose 1.7%, daily necessities and service prices rose 1.3%, other supplies and service prices rose 0.8%, medical care prices rose 0.5%, education, cultural entertainment prices rose rising prices 0.4%; the price of food tobacco and alcohol decreased by 1.0%.

The impact of the three major factors is highlighted. In the first half of the year, the three prices of gasoline, fresh fruits and fuel cars had a significant impact on CPI. The cumulative increase in gasoline prices rose by 26.7%, affecting CPI by 0.81 percentage points, which is the most important factor in driving the CPI rise.

Fresh fruit prices rose 13.7%, affecting CPI by 0.28 percentage points. Of the 13 fruits monitored by price surveys, 11 fruit varieties have risen to varying degrees this year, showing a "general rise" situation.

The cumulative fuel car rose 5.5%, affecting the CPI rose by 0.19 percentage points.

Real estate market volume has stable price decline price

House prices in Changsha rose moderately.

With the steadily implementation of the regulatory policy, the increase in sales prices of new commercial housing in January to June controlled between 0.1%-0.4%, and the cumulative increase of 1.6%in January to June;
