At the age of 3, Liu Hao's parents discovered his hearing problems. After many key hospital experts diagnosed with drug deafness. Since then, Liu Hao's hearing development has been affected and has to learn in special education schools.

"Occasionally, I learned about the sport of swimming and found that my own conditions were more suitable." Liu Hao said. At the age of 13, Liu Hao began to learn swimming, and at the age of 16, he started training in the Heilongjiang Swimming Team.

Due to the special physical condition, Liu Hao paid the hardships and efforts that ordinary people could not imagine during swimming training. At 4 am every day, Liu Hao started physical training, running, equipment and other basic training. Summer is full of scorching sun, and it is often outdoor training at minus 20 degrees in winter. Because of long -term overload training, Liu Hao's legs, feet, arms, necks, etc. were injured in multiple places. These pains did not shrink him. He appeared on time on time every day.

In 2007, Liu Hao entered the provincial swimming team training with excellent results. In order to enter the main list, he found the video of the world's high -level athletes, repeatedly analyzed and compared, and improved his technical details. Daily continuous training has also made his achievements rapidly. In 2011, Liu Hao first participated in the National Games and won the first place in the 4 × 100m hybrid swimming relay.

In addition to training, Liu Hao often uses the break time to participate in the volunteer activities of the community organization, donate his own sportswear to help more deaf children. Although the economic conditions are not very good, Liu Hao still took the lead in donating to poor children many times.
