Gong Tsinghua, born in 1951, is from Shanxi Fanzhi, Han nationality. He served as the police of the Pangjiabao Branch of the Police Police Bureau of Zhangjiakou City, the police station of the Bai Temple Police Station, and the head of the Forestry Public Security Police Station.

In the same year, Gong Tsinghua was approved as a revolutionary martyr, and was awarded the glorious title of a second -level hero model of the National Public Security System by the Ministry of Public Security.
