The origin of low -carbon days in the country

In 2013, the State Council decided to set up a "National Low Carbon Day", which was the third day of the National Energy Conservation Publicity Week each year. The purpose is to mobilize the theme publicity activities from all walks of life, popularize the knowledge of climate change, improve the public to respond to climate change and low -carbon awareness, and set off a climax of energy -saving and carbon reduction activities on low -carbon days.
