Its ordinary partner and fund manager Gu Yu Jiahe Private Equity Fund Management (Shaoxing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Gu Yu Jiahe"). The target size of the fund is no more than RMB 33.2 million.

This investment will effectively use the company's idle funds, improve the company's funds, so that the company will obtain higher returns, and complies with the interests of all shareholders of the company. Rongtu shares also reminded that the fund of this investment is still in the raising stage, and the subsequent raising, investment progress and completion are uncertain;
