On July 25, Jiangxi Province State -owned Capital Operation Holding Group Co., Ltd. issued a notification on its WeChat public account to respond to the "employee's improper remarks".

Recently, the improper speech published by our employee Zhou Yan in the circle of friends in my WeChat has attracted attention.Our company attaches great importance to it and set up an investigation team led by the Discipline Inspection Commission for inspection and disposal.The preliminary verification situation will be reported as follows:

1. Zhou Yan joined our company in March 2020 and is currently an ordinary employee of our equity management department.

2. The online reprint content was published on the circle of friends in its WeChat from September 2019 to June 2020, and was later reposted by others.

3. At present, our company is conducting further verification of Zhou Yan and handling it in accordance with laws and regulations.The relevant situation will be announced in time.
