On July 22, China Shipbuilding Group Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. built 325,000 tons of super -large ore ships built by the Bank of Communications Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. It marks the successful end of the cooperation between North Sea Shipbuilding and Traffic Bank Leasing and KMARIN in South Korea at the 325,000 -ton ore sand ship project.

This ore ship is mainly used to transport iron ore, which is mainly engaged in Brazil to Asian routes. This type of ship has a captain of 340 meters, 62 meters wide, 29.5 meters deep, and 21.4 meters in structure. When eating water at 21.4 meters in the structure, the load is 325,000 tons, the speed is 14.6 knots, and the battery life capacity is 25500 nautical miles.

325,000 tons of ore sand vessels are optimized and unloaded for the port of Danshui River Valley in Brazil. It can stop each port more flexible than 400,000 tons of ore sand ships. On the basis of LNG-Ready and satisfying the cargo cabin, 325,000 tons of fuel consumption and emission technologies are 325,000 tons of ore sand vessels. Compared with traditional Straits bulk cargo ships, transportation costs can be significantly reduced.

On August 30, 2019, the Bank of Communications Leasing and South Korea's KMARIN and North Sea shipped four 325,000 tons of oversized sand vessels. The project was delivered one after another since the end of 2021. Although affected by the epidemic during the period, with the joint efforts of all parties such as traffic banking, KMARIN, North Sea Shipbuilding, DNV, LR, and CCS, the production speed of each ship of the project has improved. Compared with the 325,000 tons of sand ships that have been delivered by our company, it took only 38 days to refresh the short record of the ship from the water to the trial voyage from the launch to the trial. The BOKMGUAIBA wheel console runs all trial projects for 56.2 hours, and once again refresh the shortest record of the trial use of this series of ships.

There is no trivial matter for the epidemic prevention and control, and state -owned enterprises should not be neglected. In order to actively respond to the national epidemic prevention and control requirements, the Bank of Communications Leasing and North Sea Shipbuilding adopted a fast and convenient telephone signing method to complete the signing of the BOKM Guaiba shipping documents, and achieved the smooth delivery of the BOKM Guaiba wheel.

As of now, Beihai Shipbuilding has delivered 32 large -scale sand ships for China Merchants Ship, ICBC Leasing, Traffic Bank Leasing, Taiwan Yumin Shipping, Shandong Shipping and other shipowners.
