The board of directors expires. At the same time, Wang Fengying will continue to engage in strategic management related work.

According to the data, Wang Fengying officially joined Great Wall Motor in 1991 and was responsible for the company's marketing management. He served as the vice chairman of the Great Wall Motor, executive director, and general manager, and concurrently served as the general manager of Baoding Great Wall Motor Sales Co., Ltd.

In January 2022, Wang Fengying resigned as a member of the Executive Director, Vice Chairman of the Great Wall Motor Company, and a member of the strategy and sustainable development committee, and continued to serve as the general manager of the Great Wall Motor Company; in March 2022, Wang Fengying no longer served as the executive director of Great Wall Motor Company and Vice Chairman.

The successor Mu Feng is 47 years old. He joined the Great Wall Motor in 2007. He has served as the head of Great Wall Motor R & D, the person in charge of the commodity strategy, and the person in charge of the vehicle business. He is currently responsible for the overall management of the company and the management of the company's technical research and development branch.
