The newly built Xiangyang to Jingmen high -speed railway was led from Xiangyang East Station. It was 116.23 kilometers long from Yicheng to Yicheng to the Shanghai -Chongqing high -speed railway.

There are 4 stations in Xiangyang East, Yicheng North, Shuanghe West, and Jingmen West. Among them, Xiangyang East is a existing station. Yicheng North and Shuanghe West (reserved passenger conditions) are new stations, and Jingmen West is the construction station.The project construction period is 42 months, and the total investment of the project is 18.832 billion yuan.
