The silicon steel that is not familiar with the outside world is known as the "steel heart" in the industry. It has the electromagnetic characteristics of low iron loss and high magnetic sensation. It is mainly used as a magnetic material in motor, transformers, electrical appliances, and instruments. Efficiency and reduce energy consumption play a key role. Various types of appliances used at home are applied to all kinds of large transformers in the west electrical east. In 2021, the "heart" of the Baihetan Hydropower Station, which was put into production in 2021 -the stator core, was produced and supplied by Tan Jie's Silicon Steel Department.

Silicon steel is widely used and demand is large, and quality and efficiency have always been difficult. In particular, there are more and more application requirements for high magnetic -oriented ingredients, and higher requirements are placed on the production capacity of the silicon steel production line.

In 2018, Tan Jie began to participate in the new high magnetic orientation of the silicon steel production line process exploration and equipment maintenance work.

The equipment transformation and upgrading in the factory introduced the first domestic electromagnetic sensing heating furnace. The length of the electromagnetic cooker is only about 3 meters, but the temperature of the steel belt with a speed of nearly 100 meters/min will rise rapidly. Under high temperature operation, the machine occasionally fails.

"There are more than 500 water pipe joints that cool the power unit, 640 high -frequency MOS pipes, and 240 slot capacitors. The problem points often appear in one of them."

No one in the factory is familiar with this new device, and the electronic device structure of the induction cooker is complicated. The longer the inspection time, the longer the stoppage time, and the greater the loss of yield and quality.

In order to allow the equipment to run stably, even if there is a problem, it can be repaired immediately. While studying new skills from the equipment factory technicians, Tan Jie conducted a weekly summary inspection and maintenance law with the team.

For more than two years, Tan Jie and the team's experience summary of the experience of replacement, maintenance and maintenance of the equipment and recorded hundreds of pages. Through continuous improvement, the failure time of the domestic first induction cooker has dropped from 192 hours to the current annual average of less than 20 hours. There are thousands of tons of high value -added products produced in more each year, creating tens of millions of yuan.

Once, the equipment was repaid after the overall offline maintenance. The manufacturer's debug staff could not come to Han. In order to allow the equipment to put it into use as soon as possible, Tan Jie and the team did not close the eyes for almost three days and three nights, just to make the equipment "resume work" early.

"Most of the time, I don't know where this batch of silicon steels produced will be shipped, but I know it is very useful. We are happy to run stable and continue to run." Tan Jie firmly believes that the ordinary post has made great efforts to make great energy It is the mission of a party member to do your best to do things well.

So far, Tan Jie has always maintained the habit of turning on mobile phones for 24 hours. "It is mainly afraid of equipment problems, and the factory can't contact me." He said.
