It is not easy to reach this mountain. "The bridge will be across the mountain, and the bridge will tremble." It has been circulating here since ancient times.

After passing the Tianqiao Ancient Road, you can really enter the mountain. There are many monuments here. The coexistence of ancient temples and Taoism is a rare place in the country. The three temples of the Arctic Palace, Lingguan Hall, and Huayan Pavilion from the Tang Dynasty to the Song Dynasty were built from the Song Dynasty. It was scattered on the ridge with a slope of 70 degrees.

There is an ancient ginkgo tree near Huayan Pavilion, with a height of 28 meters and a tree around 8 meters. It takes a few people to hold it together. Now it is already 2600 years old. It is a proper Hunan ginkgo "tree king". Whenever late autumn, the ancient charges are endless, and the "King of the Tree" opens the golden Chinese cover. With the autumn wind, the golden leaves flew with the wind, giving the stone steps, stone tiles, ancient roads, and flats under the shade of the tree, and spread a layer of golden yellow.

In the military pavilion world ten miles away, there is also an ancient ginkgo tree in his 2300s. Two ancient ginkgo trees, experienced thousands of years of lightning strikes, frost, and snow pressure, but they are still lush, strong and upright, and vitality. The Provincial Nature Reserve of Luoxi Tianqiao Mountain was approved in 2011. The protected area is located in Luxi County, the Miao Autonomous Prefecture of the Xiangxi family. It is 14 kilometers wide from east to west, 23.6 kilometers from north to south, and a total area of ​​13,878 hectares. The scope of the protected area involves 2 townships in Wuxi Town, Xixi Town, 1 state -owned forest farm, and 19 administrative villages.

The environment of the protected area is beautiful, and the forest coverage rate reaches 86.5%. There are 1 national first -level protection wild plant, and there are 26 national second -level protection wild plants; 13 new record species in Hunan are found. There are a certain number of wild population in the protected area.
