The "Notice" requires that during the suspension of the platform from 17:00 on July 22 to 9:00 on August 1st, insured persons cannot apply for the platform for outpatient special diseases. Before the platform was suspended, the insured personnel had applied for slow special diseases online and chose "non -special personnel", but if they did not go to the medical institution for on -site information, please be sure to complete the on -site information submission before 17:00 on July 27th. It will be displayed after August 1. If the information is not submitted on the spot after the deadline, the platform is updated on August 1, and the insured person must re -report on the Internet. Medical institutions determine that physicians will review the physicians in accordance with the new identification standards.

During the suspension of the platform application side, it does not affect the continued application of the designated functions of the designated medical institutions (referred to as the review hospital) that undertakes the municipal clinic at the municipal clinic at the municipal level. Each review hospital shall accelerate the progress of the review, and the medical insurance management department must urge the reviewing physicians to be reviewed by the review cases to be reviewed by July 27.

Before the platform was suspended, the insured personnel had applied for slow special diseases online and chose "non -special personnel", but if they did not go to the medical institution to submit on -site information, the medical insurance department of the hospital will allocate the list of personnel to various departments. Before 17:00 on July 30th, the review process was not passed, and the application process of the old identification standard was ended.

The "Notice" also requires that the medical insurance management officers and the neighborhood committees of each participating unit shall promptly tell the units to participate in the employees and the residents of the insured in time, and urge those who have not reported the on -site verification hospital to verify the paper materials (select " Special groups "except), carry paper data on site on time. For the impact caused by the suspension of the platform, we must do a good job of publicity and explanation and obtain the understanding of insured personnel.

Slow special diseases that have been approved before August 1 continue to enjoy the original treatment. Starting from August 1, the province's unified standards for slow special disease diseases were officially implemented. After the insured persons submitted the outpatient clinic slow special disease application, the physician of the review hospital shall conduct the review and identification in accordance with the new identification standards.
