Some engineering measures, such as the construction of houses, non -engineering measures, such as policy facilities, scientific and technological progress, and testing technical means, including popular science education, so that citizens can prepare for disaster prevention before the danger is coming.

Teacher Zhang: The forest fire on the earth can be divided into two types, one is caused by natural factors, and the other is caused by human factors. Natural factors such as lightning strikes cannot be changed, because the occurrence of natural disasters cannot be stopped. Although the forest fire is divided into natural disasters, many of them are caused by human factors. Some methods can reduce the fire caused by artificially. For example, we are now advocating that the Qingming season sacrifice is best to have no fire, or after burning paper money before leaving to avoid hidden dangers. In addition, we also have related inspectors who are the guardians of the forest. During the closure of the mountain, it is recommended that you go to the forest and mountainous areas as much as possible, let alone picnic or leave the cigarette butt.
