Find the constant inner heart

Zhou Li's artistic creation is unique in personal characteristics. It is not restricted to one way. Biography, oil paint, ink, acrylic, etc. all show the heritage of traditional Chinese calligraphy and painting, but also the characteristics of Western painting style.

Each Shenzhen contemporary artist has different styles, but more or less with the shadow of local ideas and Western culture after the reform and opening up. This presentation of Shenzhen art ecology allows the audience to understand the diversity of Shenzhen contemporary art.

Zhou Li introduced that "Peach Blossom Site · Trace" and "water and dreams" actually talk about the same topic, that is, the relationship between man and nature. "Shenzhen's spiritual appearance has been progressing"

Zhou Li was born in Hunan, and her father was also a painter. She grew up in his father's studio. However, her father did not teach her to draw, just like she would not teach her children to draw. "This is a kind of talent and appeal. When the child wants to draw one day, I believe he can learn soon." Zhou Li said.

In 1989, Zhou Li came from Hunan to Shenzhen with her parents. After graduating, Zhou Li went to France for 7 years. After returning to China, she was a guest painter at the Shenzhen Academy of Painting, a guest professor at the Shenzhen University School of Design and Art, and an art consultant of Shenzhen Airport. A large white butterfly device in Shenzhen Airport is the work of the thoroughness.

At present, Zhou Li is the director of the Fifth Studio of the Oil Painting Department of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts and the artistic director of the Shenzhen Box Art Museum.

"I have lived in Shenzhen for many years, which is equivalent to my real home." Zhou Li believes that in addition to the economic changes in high -rise buildings, Shenzhen's spiritual appearance has changed particularly greatly and has been improving. "Now there are more and more local artists, and related exhibitions are also very rich. Shenzhen has also held the art expo, and every exhibition that is done is remarkable."

Culture determines the quality and status of the city. At present, Shenzhen is accelerating the construction of major cultural facilities. In Zhou Li's view, in addition to building hardware facilities, the government should also introduce more policies to attract art talents to take root in Shenzhen.

"I think the most important point of an international metropolis is to be open and tolerant. Only Hainan can attract real talents. How to attract phoenixes requires sufficient conditions. As far as contemporary art is concerned, for example, some artists can be established to set up some artists There are more artists in the studio, and the whole ecology will be better. "Zhou Li thought.
