July 25 is the "World Prevention Day". During the summer vacation, students should be particularly wary of drowning, and they cannot relax for a moment! Guangzhou Emergency Medical Rescue Team made the following reminders:
1. Do not go to open waters of unknown situations such as mountain pond reservoirs, lakes, and rivers.
2. When swimming in the open waters, when the weather or hydrology changes, the water should be immediately.
3. Check the safety facilities such as swimming pools or seaside baths, and confirm that the site is equipped with professional life -saving.
4. Student swimming should be accompanied by accompany, and warm ups before launching.
5. During the child's launch, parents should not play mobile phones or read books. Because drowning may happen at any time, the process may progress quickly.
6. If you find someone drowning, you should call for help. Do not dive to save people! Do not use the hand -to -hand "human chain" to save people.
Depending on the situation, we use long sticks, ropes, clothing, life rings, floating boards and other tools to provide rescue.
7. Keep drowning calmly, see the opportunity to help for help, avoid waste of physical strength. You can use "levse" or "jellyfish drift" to maintain physical strength and wait for rescue. (Note: jellyfish drift: shrinking head, holding your knees with both hands, knees sticking to the chest, floating quietly like jellyfish.)
