1. Outside -school training institutions that have obtained school licenses, registered business licenses or private non -enterprise units have been obtained without approval, are strictly forbidden to carry out off -campus training for primary and secondary school students (including preschool children).

2. It is strictly forbidden to conduct online training for preschool children off -campus training institutions. It is strictly forbidden to carry out offline disciplines (including foreign languages) training for preschool children in the name of preschool classes, young schools, and thinking training classes.

3. It is strictly forbidden to organize or participate in training institutions of elementary and secondary schools, state organs, and in -service teachers in primary and secondary schools, and strictly prohibit the compensation courses of in -service teachers in primary and secondary schools.

4. It is strictly forbidden to have no license, no license, and non -complete school training institutions to organize off -campus training for primary and secondary school students and preschool children.

5. It is strictly forbidden to conduct off -campus training institutions to conduct off -campus training without approval of multiple sites, and off -campus training institutions shall implement the relevant provisions of the "one -point certificate".

6. It is strictly forbidden to organize discipline training for off -campus training institutions to occupy national legal holidays, rest days and winter and summer vacations.

7. It is strictly forbidden for non -disciplinary training institutions to engage in discipline training.

8. It is strictly forbidden to provide overseas education courses for off -campus training institutions, and it is strictly forbidden to hire foreign personnel to carry out training activities.

9. It is strictly forbidden to conduct online training for offline training institutions.

10. It is strictly forbidden for off -campus training institutions to excessively charges and over -profit behavior. It is strictly forbidden for off -campus training institutions to conduct improper competition in order to sell business with fictional prices and false discounts.

11. It is strictly forbidden for off -campus training institutions to not publicize charging standards, unlicensed charges, clever names, permitted standards, not issuing invoices, not signing the "Primary and Middle School Student Training Service Contracts (Demonstration Text)" (2021 revised version) Behavior.

12. It is strictly forbidden to collect fees for off -campus training institutions in the form of cash, and shall not charge pre -charge funds through other accounts other than regulatory accounts.

13. It is strictly forbidden for off -campus training institutions to use the name of the school to enroll students.

14. It is strictly forbidden to exaggerate the effect of training, misleading the concept of public education, and illegal advertising behavior of making parents' anxiety; online and offline space such as mainstream media, new media, network platforms, public places, residential areas, etc. ) Outside school training advertisements; business advertising activities are strictly prohibited in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens; it is strictly forbidden to use primary and secondary schools and kindergarten textbooks, teaching auxiliary materials, practice books, stationery, teaching aids, school uniforms, school bus, etc.
