1. Traffic control content

On July 27, 2022, at 24:00 on September 30, 2023 (if special circumstances are encountered, traffic control time is postponed), to Shinan Avenue (Onti -Ziyuan Street to Heita Road section, Plaza East Road to Minkang Road section), Yangtze Avenue (Luyuan Street to Cultural Road section) under the tunnel area for construction.
