The "Index" shows that the service industry has expanded the comprehensive pilot work of openness in the past year, with the promotion of various policies and measures, the influence of the open service industry in Chongqing's service industry has continued to expand. The degree is increasing.

Among them, in the 2021 service industry development evaluation index, Chongqing's service industry competitiveness, radiation, integration, and attractiveness of the service industry have improved to varying degrees, and the contribution rate to the overall index is 2.8%, 4.1%, 2.0%, and 13.4%, respectively.

These achievements are mainly due to three aspects:

First, a new pattern of circulating openness to enhance international radiation. The number of transportation containers in the Western Land and Sea and China -EU trains has grown steadily. External direct investment and cross -border e -commerce transactions have developed rapidly, an increase of 42.8%and 63.3%from 2020 (the same below), respectively.

The second is that the service industry is more open, and its attractiveness is significantly enhanced. The increase in foreign direct investment and the increase in foreign high -end talents increased by 6.4%and 17.0%, respectively.

The third is to accelerate the opening and integration process, and the proportion of joint ventures increases. Overseas people are allowed to participate in my country's professional and technical vocational qualification examinations, and allow foreign capital to set up service industry or R & D projects in related fields. The "Index" also shows that in 2021, the key platforms and key parks are distinctive and the open pattern of multi -point support service industry, and the category is promoted to the entire region, showing good development potential, innovation -driven, and demonstration driving effects. The contribution rate of the index to the total index is 47.3%.

On the one hand, Chongqing key parks have strong development potential, and the innovation driving effect is prominent. Data show that the number of scientific research institutions at or above the municipal level at the key park plus 97, the number of new foreign headquarters and R & D centers projects, and the number of middle and senior talents reached 21,600, an increase of 14.7%, 64.3%, and 11.8%, respectively. The innovation driving effect of key parks is mainly reflected in science and technology finance, cross -border e -commerce, international logistics and other fields. In 2021, the scale of scientific and technological and financial products in key parks realized loans of 921 million yuan, cross -border e -commerce transactions were 15.532 billion yuan, and the number of transactions of international logistics booking platforms was 2200, an increase of 18.2%, 110.4%, and 83.3%, respectively.

On the other hand, Chongqing focuses on key areas, and Chongqing's service industry expands open work to actively adapt to the new trend of global industrial chain rewriting and international economic and trade rules. The "Index" shows that seven areas such as scientific and technical services, business services, education services, financial services, health care services, electricity services and telecommunications services have been improved compared to 2020.
