According to a further verification of the relevant local departments, at the time of the accident, the staff of the Shanxi Coking Coal Civil Explosion Group were going to the operation of the Hongsheng Coal Industry in Gansu. As of 17:50 on July 23, 17 people were involved in danger, and 16 people had been rescued to the hospital for treatment. One of them died on the spot and 2 people were sent to the hospital on the spot. Six people were seriously injured and died. Essence Lost 1 person is searching and rescue.

Gansu Hongsheng Coal Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Caowan Town, Jingtai County. It obtained a mining license in October 2018. The validity period is from October 23, 2018 to September 22, 2025.
