Li Bin, deputy general manager of Shaanxi Lean Chemical Corporation, introduced that the technology has given full play to the characteristics of high potential content of coal cornerstone brain oil aromatics. Based on the boiling bed hydrogenation, the process of fixed bed hydrogenation, continuous reorganization, and aromatics extraction process are integrated. This combination process has formed a coal -to -co -scorch boiling bed hydrogenation technology with high treatment volume, high liquid revenue, and high stone brain oil revenue. The main key technologies include the purification of coal coke oil, the hydrogenation of the coal -to -coke oil boiling bed, the fixed bed coal coke oil hydrogenation and hydrogenation, and the coal -based stone brain oil ultra -low pressure continuous reorganization and extraction technology. The team innovatively developed coal scorched oil low energy consumption and environmental protection multi -effect pre -processing process. Under the conditions of adding chemical agents, the low energy consumption purification pre -treatment of medium and low temperature coal tar is achieved. Ascension, water content is less than 0.5%.

In July 2020, the 500,000 tons/annual coal scorched oil deep processing multi -production comprehensive utilization project was completed and put into operation at the Shaanxi Lean Chemical Company of Shaanxi Yulin Energy Group Corporation. The device is based on full distillation, medium and low temperature coal coal oil as raw materials to produce aromatic hydrocarbons, lightweight oil and other products, and realizes the first industrial application of domestic boiling bed hydrogenation technology in the field of coal coking oil processing. Product transformation has promoted the high -end and diversified development of the coal chemical industry.

The previous 72 -hour assessment calibration results showed that the revenue of the coal coke oil hydrogen hydrogenation liquid was 91.65%, the revenue of aromatics was 71.26%, and the overall tonnage consumption of the coal scorched oil -made aromatics was 642.65 cubic meters, and the energy conversion efficiency was 82.29%.
