It is understood that the Jinwan District public rental housing and talent apartment projects are located on the north side of Xueyou Road, Zhiyuan Road, the west side of the airport high -speed, and south side of Zhuhai Avenue in Jintan District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong. The total land area is 63,000 square meters, and the total construction area is about 238,000 square meters. The project will build no less than 2,500 units of public rental housing and talent apartments, and support the construction of a kindergarten of 12 classes in a school scale, a community farmer market, 1 retail commercial complex, and neighborhood management service centers and garbage collection stations. At the same time, the project will plan about 1,500 parking spaces.
