Renqiu Drum is a provincial -level intangible cultural heritage protection project in Hebei Province. It originated from the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty and has a history of more than 400 years.In the early years, it was used to resist external aggression and inspire morale. Because of the strong drums and rhythm, it was used by future generations to celebrate the harvest and festivals to express the joy of inner heart.

Wang Jialong, who is a cosmopolic as the three villages in Majiawu Town, Qiu City, is a college student in the school. He has been at the age of 8 with Grandpa Tai and the village's elders. He has mastered more than 20 sets of drum routines.In the past three years, he has actively participated in the promotion of Renqiu Drum culture. Whenever the cold and summer vacation, the students of the village and neighboring villages and drummers will sound Renqiu Drum together, so that children can feel the charm of traditional culture.
