Decided from Chen Tong's deputy mayor's position. It is reported that Chen Tong has served as the member of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and the Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee.

Chen Yong appointed Chen Yong as the deputy prosecutor of the Municipal People's Procuratorate, and decided to be Chen Yong as the acting chief of the city's People's Procuratorate;

Decided to appoint Feng Zhiyong as the director of the Municipal Agricultural and Rural Commission, eliminating the position of the director of the Municipal Agricultural and Rural Commission of Zhang Guokun;

Zhu Haiyu is appointed as a member of the 15th Overseas Chinese National Religious Affairs Committee and the Foreign Affairs Committee of the 15th National People's Congress.

Feng Yan, Zhou Yu, and Huang Weifeng were appointed as members of the Fifteenth National People's Congress Agricultural and Rural Committee.

Lu Yan, Wu Jian, and Xu Jun were appointed as members of the Legal Working Committee of the Standing Committee of the 15th National People's Congress of the Municipal People's Congress.
