I am a grass -roots cultural relic worker in Ningyang County, Shandong Province. People sent me a nickname "Yu sticky". "Sticky milling" is unyielding and perseverance in Shandong dialects. With the full love of cultural relics and a toughness that does not stop, it is 38 years old on the cultural relics front.

My father was engaged in cultural relics throughout his life. A word he often hung on his mouth was: "The cultural relics are no size, each of which is a treasure, if the cultural relics are gone, they will never be gone." It is this belief that as long as you find that the cultural relics that can be solicited, his father will try his best to collect the cultural relics into the museum. In 1980, his father discovered a Han Dynasty stone lion that was broken into two -section in Liulou Village, the original city, and spent 60 yuan to ask people to use the vehicle to transport them to the museum. The 60 yuan was equivalent to a two -month salary at that time. Faced with the incomprehension of his family and colleagues, what he responded was the words that often hung on his mouth. It was the father's persistence that was getting richer in Ningyang's cultural relics. His love and persistence with cultural relics has created the "sticky" energy in the cultural relics industry. His sentence "The cultural relics will never be gone", which has always affected me deeply and became inspiring me to determine my determination. The lighthouse for the cultural relics is also my adherence to the original intention of protecting the cultural relics, and it is the spirit of Ningyang cultural relics. In 1984, Huai Huai's wishes, I chose the cultural relics industry that he had never been separated in his life.

The Ningyang Temple was founded in the Yuan Dynasty. It is the only temple in Tai'an City in Tai'an City. In the late autumn of 2003, there was a heavy rain. I suddenly listened to a loud noise in the night shift. At this time, I immediately realized that the Temple of Literature must not be destroyed in our generation, and I had to repair it. Looking at the collapsed ancient buildings, I was brave, and I couldn't sleep, and wrote a letter of 5,000 words to the then county party secretary. After receiving the letter, the secretary rushed to the scene and decided to allocate 500,000 yuan to start the funds on the spot, which left a good story in Ningyang's history. After the construction of the Wenmiao Repair Project started, the funds gap was large. I started to "stick" to some companies, "sticking" to some rich units, and strive for multiple support. Sometimes when I was rejected, when I was shaking, I encouraged myself, "If you stick to it for a while, the cultural relics will be saved." Relying on this "sticky" strength, I finally raised the project funds. At that time, I was at the construction site, and I couldn't return home for ten days and a half months. On one occasion, the rain all day long, I climbed the ladder and fell down at night, and my body was cold and painful. I thought about it. I should go home to see my wife and children and change clothes. The 10 -year -old child opened the door to see me, and he was so scared that he cried, and I noticed what he looked like, and was almost the same as a beggar. My wife complained about me, "If you want cultural relics, you still want home. Which one is like you? You do n’t even have a home. Can you go home so close to home?"

After the main body of the cultural temple was completed, we continued to restrict more than 20 non -moving cultural relics such as Yuwang Temple, Yanzi Temple, and Zhu Xijie Martyrs' Tomb, and repaired more than 300 mobilized cultural relics such as bone and ceramics. With years of attachment to the cultural relics, I also got a "sticky" nickname. I readily accept it!

The protection of cultural relics is both well -dangerous. When I stopped the construction of illegal projects at a time, I received an intimidation phone and said that where your son goes to school and where your daughter -in -law is at work, there are people staring at. If you stop it, you think about the consequences. Essence When I heard these words, I was stunned. When I got home, my wife kept crying after hearing this, but did not say a word. I know that she has been silently supporting my work, but threatening the child is the most unacceptable. I comforted her and said, "What I do is a bright thing, they dare to do too much, I will fight with them to the end!" In this matter, I not only did not retreat, but instead insisted on my original correct opinion. Stop illegal construction. Another time, in the protection of field cultural relics, I was besieged, and the ears were injured, and it was identified as a third -level hearing disability. Although the personal body was harmed, the state's cultural relics were protected and defended the dignity of cultural relics protection regulations.

"People are in the cultural relics, and the vowing and cultural relics and the existence of the cultural relics." This is not only the family style of the father's generation, but also the backbone and bone of cultural relics. I firmly believe that as long as we do n’t change our hearts and move forward firmly, our cultural relics will definitely be able to glow on the road to realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and enhance the spirit, bones, and confidence of the Chinese people.
