Social organizations, foundation, social service agencies, law firms, accounting firms and other social organizations are implemented with reference.

Among them, the specific standards of small and medium -sized enterprises that are slowly paid are confirmed by the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Standards for Planning Standards for SMEs" (the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Union Enterprise [2011] No. 300) and other strokes.

"Exemptation is to enjoy"

Comprehensively implement the "exemption and enjoy" model. Eligible insured units can enjoy the payment policy of the slow payment unit without applying for a slow -to -pay application.

Calculation time

The medical insurance premiums that the employee who have paid the insured unit should be paid before February 23, 2023, and exempt the late fees. Those who have not been paid within the time limit shall be increased by the employee's medical insurance premiums that have been slowly paid by the insured unit from March 1, 2023.

Practitioners' medical insurance treatment is not affected

During the post -paying period, the medical insurance treatment of individual employees is not affected. During the implementation of the implementation period, the personal account of employee medical insurance is unchanged, which does not affect the employees of the insurance employees to enjoy the current employee medical insurance treatment, and will not affect personal equity records. If the employees of the insured have a resignation, apply for the treatment of employees' medical insurance retirees, and the transfer of relationship transfer, the insured unit shall pay the employee medical insurance unit that will be repaid. If the submitted insured unit has a cancellation of the case, the slow payment shall be paid before cancellation. At the same time, employees' personal payment policies remain unchanged, and employers shall fulfill their obligations of the unit's payment and deducting personal payment in accordance with the law.
