According to reports, from the east of the Darui Railway, from Dali City, Yunnan Province, the west to the border city of China and Myanmar, Ruili City, Yunnan Province, and 330 kilometers in length. The Daobao section opened this time is 133 kilometers long, connecting Dali City and Baoshan City, with a design speed of 140 kilometers per hour. It is a national I -level single -line electrified railway. The Darui Railway Da Bao section is located in the mountainous area of the western part of Yunnan. It crosses the horizontal valley area and earthquake zone through the Hengduan Mountains, spansing many rivers such as the Yangjiang River, Yinjiang River, and Lancang River. The characteristics of high earthquake intensity are one of the most complicated railways at present in domestic terrain geological conditions. There are 34 new bridges and 21 tunnels across the board, with a total length of 115.8 kilometers, accounting for about 87%of the line length, especially to overcome geological disasters such as slump, mud, and surgery. Tunnels; overcome the influence of the valley horizontal wind, built the Lancang River Special Bridge, and accumulated valuable experiences for the construction of railway tunnels and bridges under complex geological conditions.
It is reported that in the early days of the Darui Railway Da Bao section, 7 pairs of passenger trains will be arranged. Among them, 3 pairs of passenger trains from Kunming to Baoshan, 4 pairs of passenger trains from Dali to Baoshan, the fastest 3 hours and 26 minutes of Kunming to Baoshan can be achieved. The fastest 1 hour of Baoshan can be reached at the fastest 1 hour; 5 pairs of cargo trains are arranged, and local building materials, chemical industry, agricultural products, etc. can pass through the railway from Dali Express to Da Baoshan.
The regional status of the Darui Railway Great Bao section is important. It passes through Bai and Dai ethnic minority areas. The original ecological tourism resources along the line are abundant. The completion of this railway has ended the history of the railway in Baoshan and other places.
