The International Real Estate Design Award was founded in 1993 and was organized by the International Real Estate Organization. The award review team is composed of 80 industry experts, including members of the Royal Construction Association of Canada, senior real estate communities, elites in the construction planning industry, famous designers, and media people from all walks of life.

The Longhua District Library, Qunyi Museum, and Grand Theater Project are located in the central city area of ​​Luhu Street, Guanhu Street. The number of layers and height of the building blends with the high lines such as the mountain, thereby realizing a seamless transition between the building and the landscape. At the same time, the design of the water surface in the red line is connected with the reservoir on the south side to create a complete landscape environment. As a urban waterfront park, the boundary of the Luhu Cultural Center is in a constant state, and the landscape of the park will change with seasonal water level fluctuations. The architect intends to break the traditional architectural design method and use a more flexible way to combine the space, just like the organic spatial structure of traditional villages. A circular waterfront area formed a new urban public space, which aims to connect the surrounding communities with the Hengkeng Reservoir Gallery, and at the same time reserve space for its future development.
