In order to continuously improve the efficiency and standardization of law enforcement case handling and the fine scientificization of urban management, Lianhu District actively builds the urban management online case handling system -smart law enforcement system, which is based on basic data, service approval, law enforcement case handling, social credit, efficiency supervision, statistical analysis, etc. The composition of the six major subsystems, through the organic integration of online and offline, effectively overcomes the disadvantages of the past, which mainly rely on traditional offline artificial case handling methods, is easy to handle the case, prone to errors, high risk of law enforcement, and poor effective supervision. The precision and intelligent level of urban management in Lianhu District.

Since the operation of Lianhu District's smart law enforcement system, it has saved the previous links from the beginning of the order of rectification, paper filing for approval, and the time required to be released in the final case. Electronic archives are generated online. Through online reporting and approval, the case handling efficiency has been greatly improved, and the case handling cycle has been shortened. At present, the smart law enforcement system has achieved full coverage in the Lianhu District's street -processed law enforcement squadron. Since it was officially operated in May 2021, a total of 971 cases of law enforcement cases have been handled in general procedure law enforcement.

In the next step, Lianhu District will also upgrade the digital urban management platform to build a new model of "speaking with data, data management, and data innovation". Promote the construction of smart communities, smart schools, smart hospitals, smart transportation, etc., and use "digital empowerment" to make cities run more intelligent, more efficient and safer.
