On the evening of March 8th, the defendant Liu Moumou drove a small car after drinking. In order to prevent Li Moumou from fighting the police again, Meng Moumou forcibly pulled Li Moumou away, and then obstructed the traffic police to bring Liu Moumou. In the process, Liu Moumou's father, mother, and villagers in the same village also went to the scene to hinder the traffic police's execution, causing traffic police and auxiliary police to fall to the ground. After being identified, on the night of the incident, the defendant Liu Moumou's blood in the blood was 272.46mg/100ml, reaching the standard of drunk.

During the trial, Liu Moumou and Li Moumou had no objection to the charges of the public prosecution agency and the evidence submitted.

The People's Court of Yumen City held that the defendants Liu Moumou and Li Moumou attacked the traffic police who were performing their duties, and their behavior had constituted the crime of attacking police. The defendant Liu Moumou violated road traffic safety regulations, drunk driving motor vehicles on the road, and his behavior had constituted a dangerous driving crime. The defendant Liu Moumou truthfully confessed the facts of the crime after arriving. Li Moumou automatically committed the case. The defendant Liu Moumou was sentenced to one year and fined 3,000 yuan; the defendant Li Moumou was sentenced to seven months in prison.
